The animation team were 5 star and made our holiday. Mega, mondi, smiley, samba and the girls did an excellent job of keeping us entertained for 2 weeks not just at night but throughout the day aswell.
The food was not great in the restaurant so was expecting it to be a bad holiday but the laughs we had with the animation team more than made up for the food.
I had a great holiday with my daughter and 3 grandkids and will be booking to go back again soon.

The hotel is good.
Price above budget.
Animation team for entertainment.
Private beach and swimming pool.
Playing area and aqua park for kids
Rooms are clean..
NO Wifi except in the reception.
The buffet was not good. quality and cleanliness were not good.

The beach is heavensometimes shallow watersbut the sea walk is superb and drops you in middle of great sea for swimming.
Not much varieties of food..but they had a great chef during our stay.
Our only problem was with housekeeping,to get clean towels everyday!
They also need to pay more attention of room cleanliness.
The aqua park was amazing for kidsvery safe and controlled.
Aqua park needs more attention in terms of cleanliness and drying out wet floors from guests.

Very bad service. Dirty rooms. Very bad quality of food. The see is not good very law. Dirty swimming pools. This is a dirty place and staff. No towels in the rooms, or bath tools. They treat Egyptians as a third degree customers.

Very nice and welcoming staff, great value for money and a wonderful place for kids to play on the aqua park, the bathroom in room needed some maintenance otherwise the room is good and the food was okay.
