I only tried the rooftop restaurant
The service was really bad
We ordered soup and main platers! The waiter decided to forget about the soup and only serve the platers and then apologized saying he forgot the order! Didn’t even write it on paper
The food wasn’t well done! I ordered a chicken lemon main course and the chicken smelled like raw!

It's downtown which is a huge advantage but it's old, full of dust and smelly bathroom. Employees were polite and here no tip is needed. View from the top is amazing.

It is not so clean and it's very old. The staff is good and friendly. But the management is not taking care of the furniture and maintenance. The location is nice but a bit noisy area. The view of the sea is amazing. However we stayed for 2 nights only and will continue in another place. For those who are picky like us, this hotel is a bad choice.

Prime location, fantastic view, and friendly staff but terrible furnishing and amenities. No sound proofing, leaking bathroom fixtures, and terrible mattress in room 109. Lack of sound proofing makes sleep a real challenge as the hotel overlooks Alexandria's main road. Most wood parts (whether decoration in room or doors and windows) are in extremely poor conditions with flaking paint and cracks. Hot water isn't available all the time. They have central heating system with inadequate capacity to supply all rooms. I had to take cold shower twice.

The hotel is old style and very attractive the service is good the location is super with easy access to downtown and transportation the breakfast is on the roof with super view of the sea

The view of the Mediterranean sea is great. But the street is so crowded with coffee shops occupying any walking area

The hotel is 1920's but still in relatively good shape. Our fifth floor standard room was spacious but under the kitchen. The breakfast buffet was great. The blue sky cafe was courteous but the bay views are to die for. Don't look out the back (standard rooms) except for laughs.
The elevators are out of this century and almost worth the price of admission. But you have to see the night and the breakfast views from the sixth floor breakfast room and cafe. Service was friendly.

It was a good hotel, I tried to get a room online but I found it in higher prices than I know about that hotel prices, so I went there and got a room directly from reception. The guy at the reception was not that professional, he gave me a wrong room and tgen the room i wanted and didn't delete the first wrong room, which made some little problems while I'm checking out till they understood the problem. But in general the room was clean and good.
Only that unprofessional guy and the rude girl who are responsible for halls reservations

Cool place, but didn't like the super old windows that doesn't close. I had to ask for help to be able to sleep. But it has a nice view and I enjoyed staying there for couple days.

Historic, perfect sea view and staff are very hospital and helpful. I was there with my wife to celebrate our anniversary, and we had an excellent experience. Again the staff was very helpful and thoughtful.
