Shocking level of poor service almost on all levels: food & drinks quality, hygiene, team appearances and behaviour, building maintenance, smell

Usually I don't write reviews before checkout but this hotel is really different.

The front desk who made my check in was professional and helpful, I asked for his name after that. Mr. Amir Mohammed.

I asked for a type of room that I used to be in before and he do his best to make sure that one will be ready and it was wonderful and better than last time.

He give me brief about the hotel services and what my booking package includes, he also was sure to provide me with Almontazah passes to be able to get out and in easily, such professionalism is really not found in many hotels so please keep it up.

Also the last time I was here from many years the hotel was perfect, I expect there will be lack of maintenance or something but I was really pleased with the quality that was not changed. Many thanks, please keep the image of Egypt Hotels good by keeping your quality all the time.

I simply do love the place, as it has its own look and feel and deliver the imaginary picture of how Alexandria used to be and how it will remain. The place simply preserves the city characteristics and heritage.

Lovely setting, next to Palace with private beach and views across marina and Alexandria. Very good service and varied places to eat and drink within hotel.
