I just love the furniture and the rooms, all family rooms. They are lovely. I have visited the jazz bar, good service.

One of the EGYPTIAN ARMY FORCES finest hotels, sea view is magnificent day and night.
Rooms are very elegant and clean also equipped with every thing you ever expect in a luxury hotel. Specialy bathrooms.
Food are well done cooked and served , from traditional and local to international meals there have seven restaurants to choose from.
This is a place to run to when you head to Alexandria next time.response / report this review -

Elegant, classy hotel. Feels like home, comfort and cosy accommodation and service, best place for either friends gatherings, newly married staying or honeymoons, family vacations, and even photo sessions

Very good location , nice sea view , parking is not for free , service is not bad , breakfast is good , rooms are clean but very small. Elevator always crowded they should increase the number of elevators.

Great location, great views. Hosts were are friendly. Service is more than good, despite the hotel being fully booked. Room furniture was better than average, just needs a little bit of maintenance. Overall I highly recommend the hotel.

This doesn't feel like "ROYAL" at all. Weird architecture (although very expensive materials are used). The Hotel is a sea view hotel however 75 % of the rooms have only a very small side view if you climb the terrace handrail. The swimming pool is tiny , it might be good for a villa and the pool deck cannot accommodate 10% of the rooms. Very small bathroom. I had a suite for 4 persons but I had only 1 bathroom with 2 towels. Bathroom floor was flooded when I took a shower. There is no in-room safe.
Cheap lobby toilets. Check in was a disaster. Breakfast and food service were the only "acceptable" things.
It is extremely overrated
Only recommended for those who can have extremely discounted rates and those who are not looking for luxuryresponse / report this review -

- I ordered a room for a family with a queen bed and I didnt get my request as I asked for.
- Safe was not working.
- Beds are not very comfortable.
- View is very good.
