Car park is a total scam, the valet is impolite. He asked for my car keys, when I said no he said then no parking for you. I paid for the park service (L.E 30)/day and car keys are off-limit. No running water till you ask for it (they said we have plumbing issues that would be solved REAL soon. Liars! Rooms are highly over priced.

Creepy. Customer service at the reception is terrible. Refused to show me the rooms I booked because "you have seen them on the website" what logic is that? Am I not allowed to choose the room I'll be staying in for the next three months?!!

Mo'men (manager) and the staff (Ahmed and Magdy) called me crazy and told me they will put me in prison and hang me!!! because I asked for a refund after I saw the FILTHY, DIRTY ROOMS. Full of cockroaches, dirty, stained bedding and carpet, dirty towels, no soap, no heater or air conditioner. They have no respect for customers!!! If you pay them you will not get your money back unless YOU CALL THE POLICE. They are greedy liars. All the pictures you see of the rooms are fake. All the rooms are dirty and the staff does not care about the customers or the hotel!!! The staff should be in prison for stealing my money!!! Especially the manager (Mo'men).
