Nice and very clean hotel. Location was pretty much close to every attraction in Cairo. The breakfast was amazing. I went there solo and still had a wonderful time plenty of things to do here in cairo. I will definitely come back and stay at the Hilton zamalik.

Our stay was amazing. We felt so safe & welcomed here. It was a safe haven in chaotic Cairo! The staff was exceptional, especially Ibrahim & Husna. Who welcomed us with smiles every time we walked in and were so helpful. Our room was very clean (I don’t like carpet but it was cleaned regularly by the staff). We had a view of the Nile which was very nice. I give it a 4.9 out of 5. The only thing we felt could’ve been a bit better were the facilities. The pool area felt a little underwhelming and wish there was more decor. Same with the gym, spa, and hair salon. I think they need some love! Overall; we loved our stay here and felt nothing could’ve been more perfect for our holiday in Cairo.

Very nice hotel with great location, nice rooms and breakfast and the safety is high! BUT, they are not honest with the money We paid 50 dollars for deposition that should be repaid 14 days after check out, its 3 weeks now and no money has returned.

Hotel had great views of the city. We felt very safe walking around the area as the hotel is surrounded by Foreign Embassies with security. Pool is lovely.

The suite was a great deal of space for the price, perfect for a larger family traveling together, and the breakfast was good. Their travel desk did set up an excellent pick-up from Cairo airport that was hassle-free. But everything was a bit dated and very worn, things we requested or ordered took a long time or never arrived, and the ATM didn't work the entire time we were there (and the other one they recommended down the street ate my card). Also the security was super lax to the extent of desk napping, which I realize after visiting other hotels throughout Egypt is pretty rare, elsewhere took it pretty seriously.

A great location of this hotel, just on the banks of river nile with spectacular views if you can get the river view rooms and in Zamalek the most safe place as its around all the embassies of the world.
The hotel it self is dated so the doors/interiors/bath rooms need a bit of refurbishment. I also had issues to get the kettle working even after getting it changed once.
Good staff and room service was really good rooms cleaned and replenished everyday.response / report this review -

Nile view is great. Pool water quality is good. But the size of the pool is too small and all shallow.

Gave us a room with one double bed for 3 people. Wouldn't give us an extra single bed and suggested one of us to sleep on the floor. After a big argument they took our 2 rooms and gave us a suite. Suite was nice but I cannot get over the appalling customer service at the beginning. First impressions last.

A night in this hotel is not cheap, however, the room sizes make it feel more like a cheap motel room instead. I requested a room with a view of the Nile but it was only a partial view. The ledges right outside the balcony were filthy and full of pigeons' poop and feathers that trickled inside the room. The cleanliness of the room makes me wonder if this is what can be seen, what about, what cannot be seen? The interior doors had filth built up in the corners and not surprisingly the soap holder in the tub had a nasty black build up and so did the tiles. I was offered 2 other rooms and each had the same issues. The night I arrived, I had a male friend visitor stop for a brief visit, and I know & read what the policy is, yet security call me to make sure my male visitor was out. So, my visitor leaves but seems the staff isn't completely satisfied of his departure & that somehow my friend had snuck back into my room. So, an older male knocks on my door in the middle of the night to ask me if I needed anything. I felt it was a lame attempt on their part to see if my male friend was back in the room. For all the issues I've mentioned above I do not recommend this hotel. Lastly, this hotel is very dated. I am sure I can get a nicer room in Cairo for the same price I am paying here. This being a Hilton hotel I expected better. Consequently, I left sooner rather than later. I have pictures to prove it.

A wonderful place to have a peaceful day use at it. Very clean pool and awesome nile view. Also affordable price: only 200L.e per person for spending a day on the swimming pool. I give it 4 stars for only one reason which is that the restaurant is too much expensive but all other things are just perfect!

Great view, excellent in a matter of fact, typical Hilton service, but the staff attitude was causing us to be Unwelcome and so Uncomfortable, only during breakfast, the rest was all good, just the breakfast time was the worry time for us, each morning we wondered how it will be this morning
