Even though it's a 5 * hotel ,the area around the balcony wasn't maintained well. There was paint peeling and lots of grime on d walls from d dust outside
. Besides that the rooms were comfortable and cozy.
The key cards needs to get updated coz our first set of key card didn't work on the elevator.
The food was awesome though. 5*for thatresponse / report this review -

Excellent location.
Reception was Good.
Restaurant was poor in service but the food was tasty.
In general , Late responding to all requests.
Rooms was good but it seems old and not renewed for a long time.
At all, that was poor experience, I don't like to come this hotel again.response / report this review -

This hotel has excellent service, a fantastic reception team and a wonderful breakfast buffet that is affordable. Their spa is top-notch, with the best gym I've seen in a hotel, period. Recommended for athletes, business and families alike. Wifi network was spotty but it's understandable in this city. If you're looking for a premier hotel experience, don't just trust the "classic" brands, but consider this instead. It will exceed expectations and best of all, leave you with the feeling you've gotten an exceptional deal. Views of the Nile throughout the hotel, and check out the revolving hotel restaurant- one of just two in the city.

I tried the Nile cruise, the boat interior is cosy and the food is very good. The cruise lasts for 2 hours. The one in the night you can see the lights but the one in the morning shows you more scenery.

Great view on nile .. It was one of the best hotels in Cairo but unfortunately dropped alot ; rooms are not clean enough, service in restaurants is very low .. Treatment is not like before

Internet sucks here! Good luck communicating back home!!! Breakfast is not well
Organized and not warm enough drinks arent cold enough and the coffee isn't hot enough. Guest services desk takes forever to give you any service. We returned one afternoon from a long day out doing sight seeing to come back and find out that our keys weren't activated anymore because supposably it was our check out day.. we still had two nights left. We sat and waited for them to figure out what had happened over an hour in the lobby!! What a waste of our time!! The rooms and furniture are way outdated the cleanliness could be improved Hence it used to be operated by and called the "Hyatt" worst "Hyatt" I've ever been to! The only thing it got is a view of the Nile!response / report this review -
