  great main staff, lack of pool services , but its really unusual to pay 5$=100LE for a free service like WiFi n also luggage boy asked for a fee n this wasn't an usual situation for a 3-star resort, staff were friendly but not requirely qualified enough.

  Went with my girlfriend at the time for 2 weeks and we had a brilliant time. Relaxed atmosphere fits both young and old.
  
  There are two pools one large and a small one too. There are shops right next to the hotel itself which makes it more convenient to buy your food and water. Our room had great Air Con and a fridge, it also had a little safe you could store your valuables in. The staff are very friendly and there was one member in particular called Kathy that was a real credit to the hotel. Nothing was too much for her, she made a real effort.
  
  I often think back to this holiday and wish I could live it exactly the same again, I thought at the time that going for 2 weeks was maybe too long just for two people but I'd happily do it over all again when I think back now. One of the best holidays I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Would recommend this resort to anyone.
