The hotel probably has the best location in Sharm el Sheikh. We have stayed here a few times over the past 10 years and unfortunately we have noticed a decline in both cleanliness and staff attentiveness. We had to complain to the general manager Mohamed El Shewy regarding the cleanliness of the room. The old wooden decking around the rooftop pool, whilst looking very nautical had nails protruding and I got a splinter in my foot. Sunbeds and parasols are all tightly squeezed together around the pool and staff are reluctant to move them to some of the other less populated areas.

I really loved the time up to the most. The view is spectacular, the fish can be seen around us at day and below deck to explore at night. the staff is so friendly for my whole family, and the activities are more than I can remember, from parasailing to banana boat to a boat aquarium. Best vacation ever

I been here with my family, great service , staff is wonderful and very helpful, hotel location is perfect and in the center of Namma bay, all water activities you can book it throw the hotel also. thanks again to all staff.
