Sheraton is a very famous chain all over the world it is rated as five stars. The visit is still ongoing and my visit up till now is an excellent experience especially during the world youth forum. The services here are above excellent maybe very honoured. The people and employers here are in mutual cooperation of high standard. Everything needed like daily basis for living is available at the hotel. No need to go outside the hotel during your stay. The hotel employees are of high levels of organization and helpfulness. The beach is very safe to swim in. The pool is extraordinary. All beverages and food of every sort is available. Buffets in breakfast lunch and dinner and beverages are really superb and of high quality. I thank everyone in the hotel who is making my stay so safe, comfortable and fruitful. God bless Egypt and it's people who are fighting the whole world to know that Egypt is a very safe and secure place. Thank you Mr. President Field Marshal AL Sissi who made a wonderful Taylor for all youth around the world including my son. God bless Egypt and may Sharm El Sheikh receive more guests and foreigners from around the world seeing that Egypt is still safe and secure without hearing any rumours from envying people and bad intentioned brains and I have to say Welcome to Egypt and Sharm El Sheikh and hurghada and luxor and Aswan. It is worth happiness and memories which are never to be forgotten in life. Long live our President Field Marshal AL Sissi, Egypt and it's people who are really the kindest and the most generous.

Hotel is 7 floors, all rooms are looking to sea, floor 7 or L where reception, services and restaurant while floor 1 where beach and pools. Room area is good and can be extended with side room. Bathroom is clean but no water drain in floor. Balcony has a nice view on sea and can see at least one pool. Food is 3-4 *.

The hotel is really is really amazing.
Price above budget.
Animation team for entertainment.
Private beach and swimming pool.
Playing area for kids
Rooms are clean.
You can make snorkeling and diving watching coral reef and colored fish.
NO Wifi except in the reception.
The buffet is full of food varieties. Professional chiefs.

I've stayed here multiple times. And every time it's always been very clean and tidy. The employees are very nice and helpful and will go out of their way to help you with anything. Room service is very good, and they're timely. The food for breakfast and dinner is good. I like it because they mix it up instead of having the same thing every day. The beaches and pool areas are very nice. There's an area for snorkeling off of the jetty, and you can see beautiful fish there. Every room facing the beach has its own spectacular view, and they're stacked in a way that it's very private. I will definitely recommend this to others, and stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days so I can say that I know Sheraton Sharm pretty well. First of all this hotel is located right at the beach. You can swim, snorkeling or just relax. Rooms are really spacious and well equipped. If you are a Starwood Preferred Guest member, you will be really satisfied becouse there is an excellent SPG recognition. Staff is very friendly (Adel!) and helpful. Food was delicious and relatively cheap. I really liked the fitness center, their gym is better equipped than many business oriented Sheratons in Europe.
The city center (Naam Bay) is located just 10 min taxi ride from the hotel (costs around 80 Egyptian Pounds - 4 euros) but you can also stay non stop at the hotel. They have everything:)response / report this review -

Very nice Hotel but the resort and Villas are closed and so are most swimming pools. Only one pool available. The food is good and the service is great. The rooms are all sea view. Beach is amazing. Not crowded!

Deserves Zero star. This hotel does not have the Sheraton standard, not as a 5 star hotel, not even as a 4 stars hotel. The staff are not witty, and were sometimes rude, plus it takes them more than half an hour to get u a simple order. The help desk/ reception was not helpful at all. Their all inclusive does not include fresh juice 🙈, you'll have to pay extra for that. Worst buffet ever, repetitive in the three meals as well as in the 4 days I stayed there. Their towels are old pale and ragged, they look durty. Only one small pool, seperated for children to play & a bar 😂 this doesn't make sense, even though the pool bar was not open. It does not have a sandy beach. This is the worst experience in a hotel, I do not recommend anyone to go there. They should take down the Sheraton sign on this hotel because it is a disgrace to the brand.
