Poor Service, low quality food. The structure is getting old with poor maintenance. Is meant to be a 5 star but is miles away from such standard. Not recommended at all!

Great location, loads of activities for kids, loads of pools. Food was nice lot of Italian options. Just lacking small touches to make it true 5 star more like a 4+ star resort

There was free drinks and food decent. We went snorkelling it was a good experience the rooms are also very nice there is also an internet cafe. There were swimming pools water park (believe me you gotta try this) and also there was a beach and a shuttle (means a bus with no doors and windows it goes every where there are also souvenirs shops and also an international theatre

Quite simply one of the best hotels in Sharm.
Adult only executive rooms have a small pool outside that you share with 7 other rooms so you can literally walk out of your patio door if on ground floor straight to your pool sunbed. Food great and the staff always have a smile.
Will be quiet now due to British and Russian flight ban but hope this lifts soon.
Snorkeling is out of this world from the beach.response / report this review -

Very quite and romantic place. Huge territory with beautiful landscape. Very good food with large choice for everyone. Large and clean room. Great service. Large private sandy beach with amazing reef and a pier for sea access. A lot of pool and one aqua park. Hot tub with great view on the Red Sea. Fitness room with sauna

Hotel is not supervised properly. It has it's benefits such as the location by the beach and enormous territory. But only one properly working bar, so all the entertainment is happening here - both kids one and for adults.
The stuff is not trained, they talk to each other in their language all the time in front of the guests, and it makes u feel really uncomfortable. Half of them is simply rood.
Food is below average as they don't serve fresh meat or fish, everything comes here frozen. Beef is impossible to cut even. The only variety of seafood dishes were calamari and some soup which was labeled as a seafood one but had nothing in common with the seafood soup. Cooks refuse to recognize the miserablity of the food meanwhile my nephew had indigestion after several bites of potato. We had to make a request to have simple grilled chicken every night for dinner.
Higiene is not the priority here. Bed sheets r spotted with God knows what, on a blanket there were found marks of blood. Reception stuff listened to us and send us clean bed sheets afterwards for us to fix it ourselves. But once u tip the housekeeping guy the sheets r being changed daily. Entertainment stuff is great, they r really trying their best.
Wifi is available only by the reception.
There was incredible rude bar server- Ahmed. He was simply ignoring guests, giving such attitude as if he is making a favor by serving guests. Though there were some really helpful and friendly guys Mohammed and Medhat - the bar servers. Great guys!!!
