The food is bad and the service is not as well as expected but the aqua Park is OK

the food is lousy rooms ok but tatty rusty showers etc wouldnt go again staff are very very good but the food spoilt the holiday also watch the change you get

Sand flies were a major problem. Roman tight on beer may aswell have given us an egg cup!!! Having said that staff were fantastic

I stayed here 1 month ago with my friend .. we had a fantastic time .. no signe any repairs to be done .. they must have completed all the work .. staff were all friendly and helpful .. the hotel is spotlessly clean and the food wonderful .. everyone we met was having a fantastic time .. the children all having a wonderful time kept busy and safe by the amimation team wonderful all round holiday .. many thanks to the hotel for making our holiday truly wonderful! ! Xxxx

I stayed here in August 2009 with my wife and 2 children (then aged 2 and 4).
It was in need of a little repair work here and there (especially around the main poolside), but all in all it was a very well kept place.
I have read a lot of complaints regarding mosquito's and fly's in Egyptian resorts, but here they were not a problem (and my wife is generally a mosquito magnet!).
Food was good with lots to choose from, Breakfast was everything from cooked breakfast to cereals, and yoghurt (several different colours/flavours) to variates of pastries. Evening meals were on a weekly cycle, so each Monday, Tuesday etc. was the same, but like breakfast there was plenty of options for you not to go short of choice.
The pool bars remained open all of the day, from about 9am through to about 7pm. So when the Lunch rush was on for food, you could still go to the bar.
Our room was a spacious twin room, the cleaning staff did a great job (although having two little ones we did tend to keep on top of it), the room fridge was re-stocked daily with bottles of water, and not to mention the various towel displays which were inventive!
There was various evening entertainment, most of not so good, but some was entertaining. Although being with the children we took them along with the Animation team to the little theatre allow them dance and sing.
The staff I can not fault them, they were all so courteous and friendly (our reps' different story).
With only a few minor things (Russians), this was a really nice place to stayresponse / report this review
