We had an amazing affordable five star stay here. Food, staff and all services were exceptional. Prices were very reasonable.

Generally an extremely pleasant hotel. We stayed there four nights. The staff were all extremely friendly, the room was very well appointed, the public areas were beautiful, and the food at breakfast and from room service was honestly some of the nicest I've had anywhere.
The only negative comment I would make (and the reason this isn't 5 stars: I'd give it 4.5 if I could) is that they need to improve some of the waiting staff training: they often had difficulty communicating with us in English, and we were left waiting a long time for food and drinks (the procedures seemed to break down when they were busy). I have to underline this isn't down to staff, who were lovely, but who did seem to need more training to match the quality of the rest of the hotel.response / report this review -

Really a first rate hotel. No surprise with the Kempinski brand. Superbly comfortable beds. Very good breakfast and Friday brunch buffets, reasonably priced. Super clean, compact spa area and stunning view onto Nile from 12th floor pool and restaurant. Staff is wonderfully welcoming and attentive.

Entrance and lobby are very narrow for an upscale hotel. Good facilities. Clean rooms. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Got a great room facing the Nile. There was no noise from the streets even though my room was in a low floor. A great option for families and couples. Great food options and breakfast. Not so packed with tourists.

Very nice hotel with excellent service. Went to the jazz bar there and had an amazing experience really. It has a beautiful Nile view, especially in dark, nice cozy and calm environment with jazz music and royal service. Possible to enjoy wine or beer and smoking inside is allowed. Also very modern that menu was brought in i-pad.

It is the best hotel in Egypt. The staff are really polite, cooperative and kind. One of them her name Engy Mohamed i consider her as a best employee i have ever seen. Go to the East go to the West Kempinski Nile is the best :)

I have been only to he conference room and it's quite big with good service and decoration. The hotel is located on the Nile river with awesome view.

Might have been once reputable but it's now like a cheap generic 3 star Caribbean resort. The room quality is 2 star and the staff is hostile. It's totally disconnected from any local theme yet doesn't offer any western comfort either. It's travel agency is a complete hack.

One of the best spots in town on the roof top overlooking Gezira and the nile. You can have the menu of the restaurant, order your food and enjoy on the roof top
