Ok where should I start??
First thing, guest toilets in the reception are super dirty. The pool is dirty. hygiene measures aren't considered; you'll find children in pool without proper swim suits. Tableware, cutlery and glassware are filthy. Super bad quality food with limited menu. Not to mention, meat is not in the menu! And not to forget the horrible mess children make on the buffet. the Toilet in the suite was broken. Shows are average. Shuttle bus and coaster service is a disaster.response / report this review -

Everything was very good, they care about details, room is very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, meals are very good, we enjoyed the sandy beach.

Very bad hotel. Not 5 stars at all, it should be rated as low service hotel. Water disconnected twice today for hours. Food quality is very bad. No shower items presented. Doesn't care about gusts feedback. I don't recommend staying here at all.

Huge investment with a bad management
No air conditioning in the hotel (closed to reduce the cost )
No heated pool (closed to reduce the cost)
Very poor and test (food) don't booked with food your accommodation
Amazing location
Excellent employees
Water park is great
Rooms are medium quality
Small clothed
Clean hotel
