We spent three days at Sofitel Taba Heights. We enjoyed our Stay there so much. Everything was perfect, and the Staff is very nice and helpful. The Lobby is great and very clean and the excellent Reception was great. The Food is delicious. The Check-in was so fast as well the Check-out was awesome. We are planning to come back so soon.

4-Animation team and activities 1/5 ( they have no presents what so ever only 1 activity for adults and 1 for kids per day if u are lucky)
5-Swimming pool (2.5/5)not so clean particularly the walls u can see green bacteria on them even though they r not harmful at all but still look bad
6-beach 5/5 if u like calm sea waters
7-staff 0/5 the worst thing here is the staff, they are untrained unwlcming and almost don't want to service the guests some time they even talk in a bad way to the guests particularly kids
While the place is good and the. View is amazing but staff behavior is so terrible it make the one feels unwlcm NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN too bad so sadresponse / report this review -

Everything was average from the quality of food and drinks to the service. Definitely does not deserve its 5 star status. The resort itself was quite nice looking with a good beach and pools. Rooms are okay with old equipment and room service is lazy

An excellent resort for relaxation. If you got the full boarding deal you don't need to step out of the hotel.
It has excellent sea view rooms in addition to mountain and pool view rooms. This was my third time and I love this hotel. Pools are nice and there are activities on the main pool during the day.
Your only disappointment will be the food, they have open buffet but not really alot of varieties. Also cleanliness level is below standard and expectations from such a resort.
Enjoy the sunrise while jogging or walking on the beach trail that goes across the nearby hotels as well.
In summary it is made for relaxation.

Traditional Egyptian style, big hotel with picturesque clear territory. Good large room with wooden furniture, sea view terrace. Kind personal, good restaurant, not very diversity, but tasty food. Good Uzo and gin with tonic. There are no people, only 10 visitors on February. Sea is cold and stormy, but splendid and gorgeous. Wifi only in the lobby. Maybe the best hotel in Taba.

January 2017 ~ stayed here 2 times during my South Sinai visit. I would definitely return. The Staff & Manager Ibraham rolled out the guest carpet, the price was right, king size room, with balcony overlooking the Red Sea!!
