Location is nice. Rooms were nice. Service was ok. Did not seem very prepared for international guests as many employees did not speak English and we're just generally rude.

Located in a beautiful gulf with the red sea. the landscape n pool are very welcoming. The rooms are good with a stunning view.

THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I'VE BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE and I travel a lot. If you want a genuine advice: avoid at all costs and I will explain why.
1. The food is disgusting, breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you want to lose weight by not eating proper food or not eating at all for three days over all the meals come here. Worst of all are THE THINGS YOU WILL FIND IN YOUR FOOD!! Urggghh absolutely disgusting.
And the drinks! Omg - what kind of 5-star hotel provides CARTON instead of fresh juice for customers!!!
2. Service is so poor as the staff are soooo slow and untrained. You will get so frustrated that your mood will be ruined by the slowness and poor service. And the other facilities are terrible, we wanted to play pool/billiards but the tables are of such bad quality that we couldn't complete the game.
3. Are you a morning coffee person? Well news is that this will be a nightmare for you because the coffee is awful whether at the breakfast area or at the bar. No good coffee anywhere you turn to in this hotel. Live with it.
4. While the rooms are spacious and nicely furnished (to be fair) they are not well cleaned. We had no shampoos, conditioners, or any other toiletries nor did we have complimentary tea bags/coffee/creamer - but there is a kettle so am not sure what they're expecting people to do with it! Haha
On housekeeping, thy merely wiped the floor. I have doubts as to whether or not they changed the sheets but am absolutely certain that they did not clean the toilet.
5. There's only free wifi in the reception. You cannot connect to wifi from your room unless you pay per hour or per day.
6. Would you like to sit in quiet and peace for a minute or two? You can't because there is music all day long all around the pool from 9AM to 12PM and also at different times in the lobby so even from your room you can hear the music day and night.
7. If you think you're coming to some sort of smooth yellow sand beach, think again. It's a rocky beach. It means that the beach and the seabed are full of rocks that hurt your feat and make it unbearable and impossible to enjoy. My sister and my mom both got injured from the sharpness of the rocks! There are also no toilets near the beach, we had to walk a long way to use the toilet every time and it's not even clean.
Never coming back here again, under any circumstance!response / report this review -

One of the best hotels in the region. Huge, new, excellent. Wonderfull cuisine, amazing staff.

Quiet area surrounded with wonderful scene of mountains beside the historic citadel of Salah Elizabeth Din, nice beach, nice swimming pool, lovely entertainment at night
