Extremely dirty place, old furnishing and the place is smelly.
Beds have insects, appliances are either not working or broken. AC is barely working, no facilities or parking areas.
I regretfully took a recommendation from a friend to stay in this place.
Moving out in less than a day from checking in.

This hotel has no care for cleanliness.. Room refrigerator and other stuff was not working at start and I insisted to change them.. I asked them to change the lamp because it's not light up and they didn't.. At night it absolutely dark receptiin area. This is not all, the place is very crowded.. And only two buses for beach and soho square.. And only two swimming pools.. Very croded place.. If u r going to build that much rooms plz get more labor for cleaning, and more accessibility for reaching places, and more increase enjoyment places like bars, cafes, swimming pools, may be u can add one for women only.

It's not a good place to visit if you are searching for a good/clean/relaxing ppace of you need a cheap place go ahead and book there.

I had purchased a time share more than 7 years back and it was OK. We pay yearly maintenance fees however maintenance is very bad especially with tourism is down

Will the place is nice but the cleaning is horrible I had to change 3 rooms to get a nice one after complaining & ask to speak with the hotel manager . The place is two stars max, I don't know how this place is 4 stars as they are saying. I spend all my time outside and only get there to sleep. never checking in there again and not going to recommend it to anyone. Sorry for the pics but these are from 3 rooms not one 😱😱

I have stayed here for a week more than 10 years ago. It was new then. I have liked its peaceful atmosphere & freshness.
