Very professional guides and instructors. Boat diving trips to Rad Mohammed, Titan and Thistlegorm. Boat crew very kind and able. Good time diving with this team.

Their incompetent staff couldn't find my PADI certification online so I was literally on the boat about to dive one of the best sites in the world but they wouldn't let me dive so I missed it! I later found the certification online myself within minutes but it was too late. I had my dive log with my with 30 dives stamped into it and also my instructor who I'd dived with for a week with me and knew my level of practical and theoretical skills. It was obvious to anyone that there must have been some clerical error but apparently this meant nothing so some idiot in the office prevented me from diving on my last day in Sharm! I never had this problem before with any other dive company and rather than a simple apology they blamed everyone but themselves and said if I wrote a bad review they would use their powers to prevent my instructor and everyone related to his company from ever diving there again! My advice is don't use them and don't trust the good reviews you read online about them because they're probably fake. These people use ruthless and underhand techniques to do business and threaten people who say anything bad about them to prevent the truth being known! Best avoided
