Stayed here on two separate occasions within the space of two weeks while in transit and really liked the hotel and the staff.
Very courteous staff who did everything to make my stay enjoyable.
Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
I visited the Sports bar for both my evening meals and could not fault their food or service.
Thanks for a memorable stay

This became my home away from home for my week in Ecuador. I was so comfortable. The rooms were welcoming and everything was clean and neat. They have excellent food at the hotel and I ate breakfast there every morning. I spent time in the pool and the hotel is connected to a spa that was a fantastic way to decompress after time walking in the mountains and riding on bumpy buses all day. If I go back to Quito I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

this place is fantastic. the hotel is modern and amazing. the staff was super friendly and the rooms are extremly clean. all the amenities we can think of are included in every room. we were also given a lovely view of the mountains. it is a very glamorous and luxurious hotel. i recommend a 5 star and to anyone coming here, to stay at this hotel.

We spent 4 nights at the Swissôtel Quito. We had lovely views of the mountains and the room was clean, with almost any amenities we could need already provided. The buffet breakfast was nice as well. Staff were very friendly and always willing to help with questions or if we needed something.

I didn't stay here, but it is in a great location with easy access to the whole city. I went to book a day tour outside Quito. They had a range of tour options and also has private car and driver options.

great place i hold the record for longest continuous stay for a non resident foreigner at this hotel then i was moved to the non hotel rooms in the other tower before thanksgiving so we could celebrate turkey day properly is the grocery store still around the corner? question does the really sexy cute hot girl with glasses still work the hotel reception couhote? hint she has a really elaborate back tattoo and her mom speaks really good english and she owns a shuttle company

'm really concerned about Customer Service in Swiss Hotel. I try to booked a reservation in Cafe Quito for lunch buffete like I always do. For the first time in my life I wrote to them in spanish because i wanted to practice the lenguage. They wrote back telling me that they only have reservation for breakfast and that would be $26 and I must pay it by credit card no money transfer accepted. I wrote to them back and i told them that i did not needed a reservation for breakfast that i needed reservations for lunch and they wrote back retelling me that they are only making reservations for lunch with and advance payment with credit card only. I could not believe what I was reading. First of all I never, ever in any restaurant around the world I had to pay by credit card before I have my meal. Not even in The Daniels in New York City, where one has to do a reservation with months of anticipation. Unfortunately because I wrote to them in spanish they made a difference in how to treat national clients and international clients. When I write to them in English there is not even a question in any reservation I made in the past and the reservation is made immediately even in the most busiest days such as mothers day.
My grandma happens to like this restaurant and it has been our chosen family restaurant all our lives, however I don't like this horrible distinction that they made yesterday. One more thing I wrote them back telling them that I will put a review about the way they acted with me and they never wrote me back. Very sad of this situation and thank you so much for damaging Father's day. Poor Customer service
Swisshotel should no make any difference in how they treat to any client because they don't know who are they talking to in the other side. I do have a business of my own in New York and I never done nothing of this sort. Swisshotel Learn to love Ecuadorian people give them the place they deserve .
I would give 0 stars for this incomvinience.

The rooms are nice. The housekeeping staff do a good job. The layout of the hotel is horrible, but that's rather common in Ecuador. The suites are well stocked with kitchenware which is good since the breakfast buffet is so disgusting. The scrambled eggs are so runny they take over the plate. This is because it's more milk than eggs. My children are allergic to milk. I asked on the first day of there was and milk products in the eggs and was assured it was only egg. Lies!! My kids are now suffering the effects of milk exposure.
