Good location and comfortable big rooms. Small gym available. Personnel it's nice. Very good to organize meetings or workshop in their halls.

All around a very modern, clean hotel, with excellent rates. I stayed here for an extended period of two weeks and enjoyed the workout room on the top floor, free breakfast, friendly English speaking staff, some quiet spaces in the historical house/lobby, free parking in the underground garage, 24 hour security, and outstanding city views on the rooftop.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are clean and offer plenty of comfort. The breakfast buffet is cute and delicious. I'm giving it 4 stars because my room was just a bit too noisy from street, and the curtains didn't block out enough sun in the morning.

Very nice hotel. It's not luxurious but is comfortable and pretty cozy. Location is great! You can walk to most centric places in Quito. The rooms are clean y have good lighting, besides the colors and layout is modern and sophisticated. Breakfast could do better but bear in mind it's an Express Holiday Inn. Staff is nice and they always worry about your comfort. I would definitely come back!

Most of all, the location is very convenient and easy to go to the restaurant and bar near there. The staffs are quite friendly and well-trained. All the guest can have a complementary breakfast at the first floor(PB). The room condition is clean. Overall, except there is no swimming pool and small fitness facility, the guest can be satisfied with this hotel.

Great location service staff and rooms. Nice breakfast and OK gym very quiet rooms and good restaurants within walking distance. There is mall el jardÃn a very short ride away with plenty of good restaurants and food court for less pricey choices

Wonderful stay! We were only there for 1 night as opposed to the original 2 I had booked but we highly enjoyed our stay. We were in Ecuador for a birthday surprise trip and the hotel delivered chocolates to the door as a special treat. The staff was wonderful - extremely helpful - and the hotel is located next to cool restaurants (try Los Choris if you get a chance!!!!). No complaints from us. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Ecuador.
