Really good hostel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The common area has a cool decor. The room is good for the price, though the bedsheets were old and did not seem too clean. If you have an early morning flight, I would suggest bringing ear plugs cause it can get a little loud with the music and people. Overall, worth the price.

A nice hostal with great staff but the water was knocked out and they didn't have backup water so we couldn't use the toilets or shower. The other guests were fine except for the few loud drunks who continued drinking until 2:30am without anyone telling them to STFU or cutting off their access to beer

A great backpackers hostel to stay! It feels like you are among helpful travellers when interacting with staff and the rooms are very clean, and are tidied during the days. The staff go out of their way to make it accommodating: I arrived late and had to currency to pay for my stay, So I was able to first thing next morning to avoid another journey after a long day, it was much appreciated! The Old Town experienced issues with a water pipe during my stay which effected the hostel, however we were provided plenty of water and a way to shower! I also had my taxi arranged for my arrival so I didn't have to stress. You are taken care of here :)

Nice hostel in downtown very accessible and good location, although it could be sketchy at night. The beds were alright, clean and comfy, toilets were well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful with all my needs but it's better to bring some spanish cuz not everyone spoke English jaja

Good facilities, but the hostel staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful.
Pay attention: we booked the hostel through hostelworld, on which they do not include taxes in there prices (25%!). This was an unpleasant surprise when we had to pay for our stay. They should really change this, because it is slightly misleading backpackers on the hostelworld website.response / report this review -

Great people, the location is awesome. Can be a bit loud in the dorm, but you signed up for it. It's a great place to have conversations, and the breakfasts are quite good. The hostel staff is pretty friendly. But don't take their tours, they are much more expensive than the average tours you can get elsewhere (and also worse organised)

Sehr sauber, leckeres Frühstück und tolles Personal. Ist mit 15 Dollar für ein Bett im Dorm+2 Dollar für ein Handtuch nicht gerade günstig aber man bekommt auch etwas dafür

Very good hostel! New, clean, comfortable, good vibes and atmosphere - felt like home, thanks to the warm and helpful staff. Breakfast ist fresh and delicious. I can highly recommend staying at the Hump Day Hostel!
