  Catequilla en quichua o quechua Catequillá.
  Un sitio de observación natural espectacular, en las noches de luna llena se puede observar a Quilla (luna) de una manera imponente, en una noche estrellada se obsrevan las constelaciones muy nitidas a simple vista, si se lleva binoculares mucho mejor.

  This is the true middle of the world, which is more accurate than colonial monument in "Mita del Mundo". Despite the importance and the value of this archaeological site, Ruinas Catequilla is almost completely abandoned and only a few people visit here. The view of Cayambe mountain is so beautiful and I saw a condor flying here. Worth going more than anything in Quito.

  Lugar super tranquilo, la vía de acceso es de tierra, increíble vista, recomendable llevar unos binoculares.
