  Very good customer servicethe entire staff was helpful with bags, check in, directions, and greeting us at the hotel entrance every time we returned to the hotel. The rooms are suites with kitchenettes, large sitting area, separate bedroom that leads to the bathroom and walk in closet. Highly recommend this hotel to others, and hope to stay here again.

  We had a great experience here with our kids. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Its walking distance to lots of places to eat and the botanical gardens which are beautiful. We’ll definitely be going back.

  This was the perfect hotel for our first visit to Quito. Located in a neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, bakeries you won't be dissapointed. The hotel is modern, clean the staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Breakfast is served daily and is generous, fresh and superb! We loved The Lugano our room was a
  Two BR Suite comfortable for four and at times had company of eight in the living area supported by a modest Kitchenette. Don't miss the opportunity to stay in a quaint hotel where it's quiet, clean, safe and really a delight.
