Every detail is lovely and pure perfection! The staff is delightful and helpful, the massage was fabulous and the food terrific! This is one of the best hotels in all of South America!

This hotel is amazing. Right down in the old town area. The front desk was always very helpful and would go out of their way to help you. The restaurant on the main floor was wonderful and very friendly. Had a rose on my pillow with a chocolate and they place slipper mates beside your bed every night. The rooms are nice and bathrooms as well. The view from the top floor at night is amazing with everything lit up. Absolutely gorgeous!

Excellent restaurants. It offers an excellent view to Plaza Grande and it's sorroundings, plus it offers a variety of typical ecuadorian food.

The Café Restaurant is awesome. Ask for the Cucurucho Ice cream as desert and have your video camera ready when the lights dim and the church bells ring.

It was an absolutely majestic hotel. Beautifully appointed, spacious rooms. Location was perfect on independence square. The staff was extremely helpful, cordial and professional--from confirming flights to obtaining needed personal items from nearby stores. Their English was also excellent.

This is a nice hotel near the main square. It is a converted villa, which made it quite interesting. Our room featured a loft for sleeping which I didn't care for.
