I liked this hotel a lot. The front desk employees were amazing to me. I needed an emergency dentist one morning and they went a step further, scheduling me an appointment and getting me a ride there. The hotel is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and shops and laundry. The room was roomy and comfortable with everything being really nice. The breakfast was really good and fresh. My only compliant is the price and selection in the restaurant. It seems incredibly high and very limited. That said, I'd stay here again for sure.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I never had breakfast so I can't rate the food but the gym was nice and they have a sauna about it. It was my first time in a sauna and if you haven't already then what are you waiting for?! Go and sweat with eucalyptus leaves, they make the air so herbal and feel like you're in rainforest volcano. The room was great, the showers were better, the service is top notch. I'd stay every time I visit.

A big hotel in the northern center of Quito ,have big comfortable rooms ,clean and organized. Serve buffet breakfast in the morning as early as 6.30am. needs a few details . The price of the rooms is much cheaper on the websites than in the hotel . You have to ask what you want more than once to get it done.

A good hotel with great staff. The food was super and the room was very clean. The wait for drinks at the bar was far below par.

After a long day of travel we wanted nothing more than to just relax and take in Quito. The staff at Hotel Reina Isabel were amazing and provided us a safe and reliable ride from the airport at a reasonable price. Our driver was amazing and very knowledgable. Being the first person you see when you arrive in this beautiful country it was all I could have asked for.

When we arrived at the hotel it was absolutely breathtaking. It's close to all of Quitos main sights and offers complementary breakfast(if you select this option with your room). We arrived and we were upgraded to a beautiful room that blew us away. Honestly I can't see any room in this hotel as being a bad choice.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff, rooms, location and connections we made here have made this trip worth it. Ecuador you are beautiful.

    Thank you Hotel Reina Isabel.

Really good hotel. Nice showers, great staff. Especially Juan Chang at front desk whom always wears a bright smile and Juan Maldonado in the
Restaurant. VERY VERY Helpful. Speaks good english and was so very helpful with advising on different sights. Definitely beneficial employees of the hotel. After all, the employee really makes the experience when travelling. Especially when dealing with foreign language travel. Thanks guys

Great hotel for the price. While in Quito you will be amazed at the proximity to local restaurants and Plaza Foch - all within a 2 minute walk. The staff is excellent and most are English/Spanish speakers. Has a gym and great security. The restaurant Lumo is excellent and well priced for the quality of the food - two large portions of filet mignon for $19.

Excellent stay. Enormous, clean, comfortable room. The bed had a bit of a firmer feel which for me was delightful- slept so well I didn't want to get up in the morning! The attached gym is great- big with lots of varied equipment and a sauna too. The attached restaurant has great food for breakfast and dinner. Central location and within walking distance to Plaza Foch. Very friendly and professional staff.

Clean, courteous staff, safe, we'll located and near the happening part of town. 2 kilometers from the El Jardin shopping mall.
Price is reasonable. Breakfast can be better, lacking pancakes and bacon or sausage.
