The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff its friendly and three breakfast was delicious. We stay here every time we come down here.

No frills Business hotel in the financial district. Friendly staff, big and clean rooms.

The good reviews are mostly left by Ecuadorian people who seem to have lower expectations for hotels.
1. The hotel is centrally located but is INCREDIBLY noisy. The traffic, police sirens, honking, and shouting are constant though the day and night. I changed rooms 3 times hoping to get to a place where there was less noise, but no such luck.
2. They over charge if you don't speak spanish. I paid $85.00 for my room but was charged over $100. They said it was because i had booked the room for 1 person but i had an additional person stay there. This was completely untrue.
When i got there they put me in a room with 2 double beds instead of a king, but I didn't have anyone stay with me. When i informed them of this they said the night clerk saw someone go up to my room. I said the night clerk must have been mistaken because I was traveling alone. They said I had to pay the charge regardless but could come back at night to speak with the clerk. I said this was impossible as I was leaving that afternoon.
3. After i received my final bill i saw that they had charged me additionally for food that i did not order.
4. The beds are hard and uncomfortable
5. There is no laundry. You must send your clothes out to be washed from the hotel where they charge you per piece. To wash 3 pair of socks, 3 pair of pants, and 3 shirts would have been $47.00.
The staff is friendly at first until you have any sort of problem, then they can't get rid of you fast enough, and penalize you with bogus charges after you have left the country.response / report this review -

Hotel was nice and clean.
The food was just ok. I stayed there for 4 days and pretty much ate there everyday and not a single dish was memorable in any way-shape or form.
The cocktails were god awful. Easily the worst cocktails I ever had (Had a Pisco Sour and a Margarita)
The Pisco tasted like eggs and was mostly frost (50% of the glass was frost). The Margarita tasted like anything but a Margarita.
In short, hotel is clean and reasonably priced with some nice places around the are (Parque Carolina) but do not eat there and more importantly DO NOT DRINK THERE.response / report this review -

A wonderful experience! After traveling for two days (cancelled flight) it was such a relief to come to such a wonderful hotel. They were even kind enough to change my reservation since I was arriving a day later than expected, and they sent a shuttle to the airport to pick me up. Everyone was very kind and helpful.
The room was clean and beautiful. Internet was fast and easy to connect to. Breakfast was delicious! Overall a great hotel with superb service. I highly recommend this hotel.response / report this review
