Loved this quaint hotel close to the Plaza San Francisco. Beautiful entrance and decoration throughout. Wonderful staff, especially Sonia - delightful! The showers are amazing with plenty of hot water and pressure! Breakfast was fresh juice and fruit, beautiful bread and preserves, and excellent coffee!! Highly recommended!

Good little hotel!
Very friendly service, good location in old town - be aware there is massive construction nearby; nothing can be heard in hotel but it impacts area nearby.
Breakfast is good. It’s not the JW of course but good for the money.

I loved this hotel, the staff is really nice, helpful and welcoming. They'll do your best to help you and give you advice. The breakfast is really good and the location in Quito is just perfect ! And the house itself is absolutely amazing !

Great location, close to everything in old town but very quiet. The hotel is in a beautiful 200+ year old palace/old convent. Best place to stay in old town for the price.

The location was perfect, right by San Francisco square and access to historical sites. The room was clean and decorated quaintly. The atrium was unique and inviting. The bath was good for the value and clean.

Climbing the stairs to get to the rooms. The restaurant shutting down haphazardly. Lack of instructions for hot and cold water, causing boiling water to hit the body in the shower.

What a great find! We stayed at this wonderful hotel in July 2016 and loved it! The included breakfast is excellent; Sonia will cook your eggs to order and will provide an alternative if you don't want eggs. Fresh juice, fruit, and yogurt are also available. Rooms are small, but nice and clean. There are common areas where you can visit, read, or play games. The location cannot be beaten; it is less than a block to Plaza de San Francisco. Sonia is an excellent host! We travel to Ecuador at least once every two years or so; we will be staying with Sonia again in the future!
