  Will be returning. 2-week DR stay, at 7 hotelsEmilia B&B was my favorite hotel.
  Great staff; easy-going, safe area; close to downtown Santiago (5 min, $3 taxi).

  Affordable and convient place to airport however the next morning I woke up my car battery was stolen :-( on the good note, the owner replaced my battery within minutes of discovering.

  Food is amazing. Clean and quiet. Staff is nice. Every and anything you need is walking distance and not tourist area. Will be coming back next year!

  Very quiet and comfortable. Alex is great host. Has hot water! Great WiFi. Breakfast and coffee both excellent. Nice neighborhood, many restaurants close by. Satellite TV has a few stations from U.S.A.

  Alex, the owner is attentive and his hostess, Lucy was extremely hospitable. Sorry, but good customer service is hard to find in this country and he's found a great person. The rooms are very clean, simple, cozy and my husband loved the firm mattress and pillows. I slept like a baby. No street noise, even though it's in a busy area. That's a blessing. My car was secure inside the gate and it was very easy to get to, along with being located near several restaurants and the grocery store. You can't go wrong here.

  The best and most personable bed and breakfast one can expect. The location was centric and in a safe place in town, close enough to downtown, but also shopping, restaurants and taxis; and only a 15 minute ride to the airport. Alessandro and staff were super accommodating for everything we needed and he was very informative about what we needed to know to get around safely. The food was excellent and so home made Italian, it was a real treat to get this kind of service and food in a little place like this and for the price, you will not find anything else close to it. Will definitely go back and stay there next time we are in Santiago.

  Muy buena ubicación para aquellos que buscan un lugar limpio y céntrico. Este es un B & B con un restaurante italiano. El barrio es seguro y paseo de compras, restaurantes, bancos. Los taxis son una cuadra de distancia. Se ofrece aparcamiento motocicleta seguro gratuito. Habla perfecto italiano, español e Inglés es muy bueno. Muy segura y privada. 5 estrellas por el precio, el servicio y convencer El precio es igual a un albergue, pero es muy superior!
  
  Very good location for those seeking a clean and central location. This is a B&B with an Italian restaurant. The neighborhood is safe and short walk to shopping, restaurants, banks. Taxis are one block away. Free secure motorcycle parking is provided. Speaks perfect Italian, Spanish and English is very good. Highly secure and private. 5 stars for value, service and convince The price is equal to a hostel, yet is far superior!
