Fantastic service! A beautifully decorated , designed and extremely well maintained hotel. All employees worked very hard to make our stay as pleasant as could be and they all genuinely deserve our gratitude! All requests were quickly accommodated and any headaches that came up were immediately fixed. We broke two beds in one night and manager offered us a choice of room upgrades from what was available and even helped to move our belongings. The most notable gem here is the restaurant! Breakfast ,lunch or dinner. Everything came out as ordered and tasted great! After the 2nd day, I stopped asking what they recommended and just ordered whatever we fancied. The waiters even brought us seasonal samples of items that weren't on menu. Drinks were all equally delicious. No matter what we ordered, the bar delivered! If you want a beautiful hotel with 5 star service and great food, this is the place to stay!

I’m here right now with my family trying to sleep. It’s 11:30 pm and our room is vibrating from the music being played at a wedding, it’s loud enough that you have to raise your voice at the reception desk. This seems to be an ongoing problem here in the DR. I asked the front desk at 10 pm how much longer this could go on and I was told until 11. This is no way to run a hotel where guests are trying to sleep to catch a flight at 5 am.

Great service with two locations in the city (Santiago) and two more in other areas of the country. The staff is professional and the hotel is clean and well taken care of. Wifi is free and works pretty much in every corner of the open areas but it is a problem inside the rooms, where service is spotty at best. Small but well stocked bar to the left of the restaurant provides a cozy retreat on the ground floor from where to people watch. The food is well prepared and executed according to local palates and traditions.

The hotel is nice but the service is really really slow the restaurants takes a long time to bring you drinks and food and they say they speak English but had to get someone to translate highly recommend eat somewhere else also the internet is very slow and water does not get hot!!

They greeted us with champagne as our luggage was brought to our room at check in. This is a nice clean and safe place to stay while visiting Santiago, they have a good size pool and a 24 hour gym. Atm that dispenses local currency is in the lobby. I suggest renting a car and using only pesos, speaking Spanish and trying local places to stretch your money far you need to be an aggressive driver here in the DR. I would stay here again!
