An excellent getaway, My wife and I had a wonderful vacation at this resort. Our guest counsulor Agustin Nuñez was the best in every way, The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I will recommend this resort to all my friends and family.

We spent a week over February vacation with our extended family - there were nine of us. Had a great time. Beach was beautiful. Pools were great. Rooms ideal for the family. Everyone who works here goes out of their way to make it a wonderful experience. Rudy - our concierge - took care of everything for us and always with a smile. Reservations were done with relative ease for nine of us. When someone from our party fell, Rudy accompanied her to the clinic and hospital and did all of the translating. Rudy alone is reason to come back. Week ended with a bubble bath balloon hot tub!
She was great.

We have long time coming to this hotel because of the great service and people, the hotel is very beautiful, great food and facilities; we always have Gabriel Bobadilla as our concierge he always take a good care of us, also Angela by the restaurant at Gabi Clud, this like home for us we love this place..

Overall it's a great hotel with amazing service and unbelievable food!
There are only a few cons:
- even though it's kids-friendly hotel, there are some stairs-only areas and no elevator to the rooms, so really hard to take stroller if your room is not in the 1st floor.
- rooms could be refreshed
- sometimes there was very little or no at all hot water in the evening from the showers
- this hotel is around 10 minutes walk from the beach and has less choice of food than Paradisus on the beach, even though it's more expensive
- most of waiters don't know English
- some of English-speaking waiters are rude
- almost no sea life in the ocean (even no fish), but probably it's due to the sand. Even though I met a stingray one day
Pros:
- spacious rooms with great jacuzzi on the balcony outside which is especially great during cloudy weather or in the evening
- food inside buffets is the best I've ever seen: fresh squeezed juices, steaks made in front of you, sushi, even chocolate fountain with fruits sometimes!
- kids club is really great with kind people and tons of toys for kids
- you can leave your 1+ baby from 9am till 8pm for no extra charge! They feed the baby, change your diapers, play with it and e t c
- if you like the nanny form kids club, you can recruit her for $25/hour
- very beautiful territory with gorgeous canopies, swimming pools and even water slides for kids
- golf carts to the ocean go rather often and drivers are kind to grab you during its way if you want

Great experience here. Love the resort. Rooms could use a refresh but were clean. Staff were awesome. Over all amazing experience !!
