  Beautiful beach, clean hotel and friendly staff. We stayed in the Adults only private area of the hotel, Graciela, who was outstanding. She was very attentive and professional. A Great experience.

  A nice hotel that is very well maintained and in a beautiful spot of the world.
  Don’t get caught out by the lookie lookie cheap cheap men in the main square. Hotel seem to turn a blind eye to them.
  Food can get a little monotonous but who can’t say they’ve been to an all inclusive where that isn’t the case?
  Would recommend the jungle tours if in Punta Cana, but not the “bus” one as that looked like hell (personally)

  Lovely place, food mostly good but a few let downs. Bar staff on the beach were fantastic as was the location. No kids so beru peaceful.

  Needs full refurb. Food ok not hot. Staff are half wonderful and the other half lazy unfriendly and ignorant.
  Could be alot better and for the money its cheaper at moon palace Cancun or iberostar puntacana. Both are excellent.
