  Very organized and safe kiteboarding school. Cabarte is a great place to learn with consistent thermal winds after lunch. Omar was a great instructor and my 15 yo daughter was riding upwind after 10 hours.

  We really enjoyed our stay in Cabarete. The LEK crew was friendly and responsive to our needs. They have a great little kite shop with tools and first aid stuff if you need it. I ordered some Ozone kites and they stayed right on top of the order informing me when my delivery was to be expected. I would order stuff from them again without reservations.

  Laurel Eastman set us up so that we had a carefree adventure. Her staff is friendly and helpful. The instructors are very skilled in providing an excellent introduction to kiteboarding that is safe but thrilling! They also had great suggestions for places to eat that were within walking distance on the beach.
  What a beautiful area and a very well-run business that makes you feel like family!

  I've been to Cabarete from July 19 to August 8. I tried to rent a kitesurf board for the entire period but in this center they told me that they could only rent by the hour ($ 20 / h) as they did not have many boards (only 12 I'm told) and that they always give priority to the lessons. Had I done so, I would have spent $ 500 for the hours of kite that I did. Very disappointed.

  I'm back for a 2nd visit and kiteboarding lessons at LEK, the best school here in Cabarete. Awesome, professional, friendly groupgreat instructors, equipment, safety, they make it easy. Go see them at the kiteboarding end of Cabarete beach, next to Millennium Resort. So much fun, and easy to learn with them.
