As a Dominican I was really disappointed with this Resort. The room I was assigned was clean, but there was no toothpaste in the bathroom and the coffeepot was broken. The food was horrible. If I weren't Dominican and didn't know any better, I wouldn't return to the Dominican Republic just based on the Food that was available. The food was very bland and plain. The meats weren't seasoned. The fish, chicken and everything else had nothing on them. The Menu does not represent the country. There was nothing ethnic on the Menu. Furthermore, the drinks were terrible as well. Everything tasted artificial. The natural juices were watered down and unsweetened. The food and desserts looked artful and delicious, but it was distasteful. I don't not recommend this Hotel if anyone is looking to have a great time.

The hotel was beautiful and the atmosphere felt so much like a tropical oasis home. I loved the rooms as they were big enough for a family. I was a bit disappointed in some room details that need to be addressed but were minor. The food being of Dominican Parents did not taste so Dominican as Our food is well seasoned. I would have appreciate it that all tourist coming in the country taste our national foods and not so much things that we have here in the US. Overall I will definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely holiday, just hated the noise! We had to move room three times as the evenings entertainment is too much. There are no lifts if you are not on the ground floor. Lots of food choice, staff are lovely. Great cocktail selection compared to other hotels. Also very great you can use the spa (hot tub and steam room) for free

This resort is beautiful! Lots of things to do on the resort and in the area. The staff are super friendly, the food is delicious and plentiful, the drinks are top notch, the pool is refreshing, and the beach/ocean is everything you could ask for! The rooms are great with comfy beds, stocked mini bar, safe, and lots of hot water in the shower. The only suggestion I have is the staff to enforce the no reserving sun loungers rule. We also attended the club membership presentation and it's a good deal but we decided against it this time. It is long but worth it if you're interested in a membership. We also got massages which were wonderful and used the fish therapy to eat the dead skin off our feet. It was so cool! I recommend this resort without hesitation!

Just got back. We had a beautiful room overlooking the pool bar which was entertaining while we sat on our balcony late afternoons drinking Budweiser free that was socked in our fridge daily. Lots of salads, fresh fruit, buffet was plentiful and delicious. You could lounge around the pool plenty of umbrella trees for those sensitive to the sun or lie on the beach lots and lots of lounge chairs. We loved it and will go back for sure

Food was great, the place is beautiful, but the rooms are so small and old. Also a lot of rude and disgusting tourists. If you don't like the locals, then get the f out of here and take a bath in your house ;)

Not the greatest food in the world, but it's okay for all inclusive. The sand on the beach is fairly coarse and dirty.

Overall it was "okay" hated the fact that I had to wait til 3 and 4 in the afternoon to get my towels changed and room cleaned. The food wasn't that good often time it was bland or under cooked, drinks as well. The drinking water was even worst.
