This place is okay, but needs some updating. Apt was spacious, but the living room furniture was worn out and the bedroom consisted of two twin beds pushed together. Shower head hook was also broken. AC in bedroom worked well, so did TV and WIFI. Location seems safe, although a little far from the tourist areas--therefore a rental car is recommended. I can recommend the place, but it helps having some basic Spanish skills as not much English is spoken by the staff. Interesting mix of visitors to the location make it also attractive.

No air conditioning in the entire room. Only in the bedroom. It is very uncomfortable because the television is in a room with no air conditioning.

We had really great time there. Not expensive, the appartement was good and usefull and the people who work there are so welcoming!!
Advice, if you stay there for holidays in Punta Cana it's better to rent a car (and they have a secured parking)response / report this review -

Apartment well connected and very clean. The condo well maintained and comfortable. The perfect wifi throughout the condo and apartment. Well equipped with cable TV and video on demand. Magnificent holiday. back
