Good location and easy access to downtown, it has some cheap food options close by, especially fast foods. Close to the historical center, you can walk to.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for the past 2 years and the rooms and hotel in general continues to decline. Ignoring the fact that the exterior noise is at times hard to deal with at night, I was on the 5th floor 2 months ago and you could hear the people on the street arguing it talking whatever it was, cars honking etc . The rooms are disgusting, it’s as if management no longer maintains the rooms, the bedding looked raggedy so worn out, torn sheets, the blanket appeared it had like pen scribbles, the wall by the window humidity and pieces coming off. The rug in the hallway absolutely dirty with stains. I’ve also noticed there are odd women coming into the hotel late, during breakfast you can tell this hotel has turned into a stop for ladies of night for both local and out of town guest!

The Hotel is very good.but the people that work in there is better!!!Ana in the front desk, Juan Polanco and Fiordaliza are excellent person.

I recommend this hotel 100%. Staff proffesional, room cleans, every small detailed I asked I was accommodated. I ve travel across the globe and this hotel surpassed my expectations. The casino was awesome. The breakfast was awesome, and the view of the Santiago city, omg, unique. I felt relaxed, the bed comfy, even the towels were so soft. If you are local, traveling for business, need a break, come here. What I also enjoyed that as a centro la plaza guest, you can visit Grand almirantes pool, and be treated equally. What¡,,, big buck saver.

I have stayed in this hotel dozens of times over the last 5+ years and love it with a big exception causing me to finally never stay again. In recent months I have either had almost no running water, or last week no hot water in the shower even though the sink did! I complained each day about room 610 and nothing was done. I always get the 6th floor and a number of rooms have the same issue. Done, going back to Grand Almirante despite higher cost Too bad as otherwise I like the place

Probably one of the best hotel in the city.
Location is very central. The room are spotless clean and well-equipped. There's a large buffet breakfast (not very tasty unfortunately). Only cons is the proximity with one of the main avenue making lower floors noisy.
