I was there in 2015. It was "OK". A convenient location near the Zona Colonial. My room with small balcony was decent.
Somewhat challenging to unlock and re lock front door of hotel (for security reasons).
Unfortunately that particular room's air conditioner wasn't working until a few days later during my visit. Be careful walking up and down the stairs.very steep. I enjoyed my breakfast in the cozy little lobby area.
The people working there were friendly and accommodating.
