Really good service specially the realtor Odile Horjus is highly recommended for best service during sales but also ones sales is done.

Coldwell Banker has a rising superstar in their hands! Odile of Coldwell Banker was recommended to us to help with finding the perfect home for our eventual international move. When we first met her, she explained that her job is more service than sales as relationships and client satisfaction were more of a priority than just closing a deal.
During our home searching process, she proved this time and time again not only with her thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market but every time we viewed a new property Odile would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, location, investment potential, etc. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and we cannot wait until we are able to relocate to our new home in Sosua, Dominican Republic!
We are so fortunate to have met Odile as not only is she an well-rounded, intuitive, and compassionate realtor, but she has become a great personal friend to us whose knowledge and expertise we highly respect.
In short, Odile was always by our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with her was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. I have worked personally with Odile, she is a great Agent. I have purchased 1 property with her and I am in the process of purchasing another 1, actually having it built and the ground work has already started. She is like family already and although I'm here in the States, she helps me so much being there locally. I trust her with any of my personal business. She is a great person to work with and to have as a friend!
