I purchased a Villa Through Century 21 Juan Perdomo, It has been and continues to be the worst experience i've ever had when purchasing a home. From the agent I worked with to the lawyer they referred me to. Nothing but false misleading and dishonest tactics to make a sale and entrap you into twenty year maintenance contract by working with local seller and dishonest Russian developers. I have been in court with them for over three years. I would avoid them completely
