Note: don't take wine from the room fridge.

At the beach there's venders that come over every 2 mins to you and sale you somthing else (always bargen with them)

THIS PLACE IS FULL OF THIEVES
This place is quite lovely. If you want a nice looking place with a wholly indifferent staff that just wants you to leave them alone and if you are ok with having you stuff stolen by the staff this is a great place for you.
My GF's family lives in Dominican Republic. I don't like all inclusive places so we stayed at Casa Colonial. We stayed there twice. There first time my watch GFs watch and my iPod was stolen and the second time my money was stolen. It really doesn't matter the amount but FYI it was close to $800. The stuff is taken by people entering your room when you are away. Complain and they go glass eyed. Its a scam. They share in the loot. Why did I stay there twice? Good question.
