  Great place for kiteboarders. New supermarket nearby. Sushi on Wednesdays at the hotel restaurant. Fish tacos nearby!

  Pros: The room was spacious and had a small fridge and stove - if you even need to use it. Beach and property were clean. Good sand and location close to Cabarete. You can walk to town along the beach. Breakfast is free, but tipping is still encouraged and the food isn't very good.
  
  Cons: A/C didn't work. Only blew as a fan. Bed mattress was horrible. You can feel some of the old springs poking up. The shower had little to no pressure and only cold water. If you speak limited spanish, your stay may be more difficult or frustrating as most employees and people speak very limited english. The whole interior design needs reconstructing as several doors/windows don't even shut properly, but I can't blame that on management really since it's a major expense. Just noting it for future visitors.

  The best amenity of this hote is the proximity to the beach and to the bars of cabarete.
