- The guy at the reception was super rude and even trying to scold me because he couldn't find my name on the reservations. (night shift guy)
- There is no shower in the room, also in the corridor because the one at the corridor is broken. So I needed to walk out and go to other connected building to take a shower.
- The shower is super old, dark, hardly works.
- Hotel smells like a coop

The worst hostel, I have ever stayed in. Its not worth that 30€/night and you need to pay additional 5€ for blanketsheets. Rooms are very small and you can hear every movement in the bed. When we wanted to leave our luggage for a few hours in the hotel we had to go to even worse underground, where alnost every lockers were broken and to lock your locker you had to pay another 5€ for borrowing lock. The worst experience ever.

What a joke! I got bedbugs which bit me all over the body while staying at this hotel and when I complained to the manager he just smiled ! He didnt even attempt to apologize or try to compensate somehow for the incident. Plus the area is very noise at night. I will never stay there again.

Staff incredibly unkind and careless about doing his job. Just said to read a note with the rules. Also never ever heard before about a place where you have to hand in the keys all the times you leave the hostel!!

Room wasn't that one shown on the picture, it is unbelievably small, with old furnitures and so noisy from the street. Also it wasn't specified in the booking that you have to bring your own sheets or you get charged for them. Showers are just gross (see pictures).

The only good things are the location and the safes you have either inside the room and outside in the lockers area. That's all really.

I would never recommend this place unless you're desperate.

Location was nice, the room was old and in need of renovation. The old spring mattress was not very comfy. One of two the tiny showers was not working. Breakfast was basic but good.

The location is great, it's really close to the centre. Everything else is not good. There are no bathrooms in the rooms and the common ones are extremely small and dirty and in very bad shape. The room we got was of fairly good size, was more or less clean, but should have been much cleaner for the price they charge for rooms with no bathrooms. The breakfast is very basic, but is ok.

Amazing position, nice hotel, enough for a couple of nights not more.. Only an advice, bring blankets and sheet with you! They charge extra if you haven't got any

We arrived here in the afternoon and after asking information about the rooms in order to be sure that everything was ok as the same as we booked we paid. But after that is has been said to us that there will not be hot water for the entire period of our stay (2 days). So we asked for a discount that resulted to be close to the 5% of the total price. Considering the fact that hot water is used for both showers and heater my experience is really bad. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone of my friends that will come to Copenhagen.
