Good location near to central station and Tivoli Gardens. Well kept hotel and bar, and the rooms are clean and tidy (we were on the 5th floor). Would have preferred something less stark and with a bit more space. Not really a room you would want to spend a lot of time in. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection to cover most appetites. I'm not sure I would stay here again though.

Yes rooms are small, but that's how Europe is and you have to enjoy that too, it is cozy as they call most things in Denmark. I really loved the room and in my opinion is very well appointed and modern. Bed was comfortable. Great, fancy complimentary snack tray upon arrival. Fast complimentary wi-fi. Very courteous staff. Overall: great value for the money

Lovely hotel. Rooms are small but got used to this. Didn't like seeing a woman half dressed on the wall as I entered the hotel. Breakfast is a shambles, staff should seat guests and though there was a selection, not for me as I'm fussy. No croissants. Your room is basic, wouldn't say four star and not much room to move. Very hot as no air con. Was provided with sheets which annoyingly the cleaner kept removing. Towels changed everyday regardless of request and they claim to be eco friendly. Soap dispensers in bathroom rubbish, they need to change them.

Nice, comfy beds. Breakfast was awesome. Great location, can't beat it. The only downfall is the courtyard. It's very pretty but at night, if your room faces it, you can hear the people hanging out drinking until around 2am when the bar closes

Large, clean and well-maintained room. Complementary sparkling water, chips and sweets on arrival. Good housekeeping. Nice beds. Good location with short walk to city centre. Noise from street and nearby clubs in evening and night detracts from experience.

The rooms are nice but it's not very clean. The main issue though is that it's very noisy. If you are a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you. The street below is pretty busy and you will hear cars passing by and people shouting. You will also most likely wake up from the sound from the bell tower that starts at 07.00 am and keep sounding every 30 min until midnight.
Adding to the disappointment we stayed in room 565. A room featured a glass windows that you couldn't cover at night so the sun woke us up at 05.00 am.
If you choose to stay here try to get a room not facing the street and avoid the 5th floor all together.response / report this review -

A clean and modern hotel in the center of Copenhagen, we were pleasantly surprised to find it was only a 10 minute walk from central station and only 25 mins on the train from the airport. Staff have been friendly and helpful. Our room (one of their standard doubles) is tiny, we had bigger in Japan. Although the room is again clean, tidy and modern looking there is a lack of any real character or sense of luxury to the rooms. The included breakfasts have been good, but a small dinning space makes sitting and eating a crowded and sometimes noisy affair. We have enjoyed our 2 nights at the hotel but have thought it lacking for the 4 star rating it has on booking websites.

First Hotel Twentyseven is a good place to stay in Copenhagen. Nice people, clean rooms, good prices and very centrally located. A fun feature is that if your window is open you can hear (in the background) people having fun at Tivoli. The Vietnamese restaurant District Tonkin, craft beer bar Tap House, and next door bar Southern Cross are all good places in the neighbourhood.

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. The only minor complaint is that the rooms feel a little "worn down": cracks in toilet, chipped bathroom mirrors etc.

Great central boutique hotel. Rooms are compact, comfortable and colourful with modern full sized bathrooms with good pressure and instabt water heat showers. Scandinavian style bar downstairs with good ambiance.

Flashy hotel. Wierd red lit cocktail bar an nice, small but well laid out rooms. Can't remember breakfast cause Trump had just got in an I couldn't get the Imperial March outta my head. Dang
