We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice, was well equipped (we loved the floor heating in the bathroom!). The staff were very helpful when we needed them. The breakfast with a discount was 10.5EUR and offers good choice of food. The only thing we did not enjoy that much was the really old and a worn out carpet in the room - I guess it is time for him to go soon :)

Great value for your money! Nice room, cosy bed and very clean. Ideally located close to Checkpoint Charly and the government buildings. Bus stop nearby, bus takes about 15min to Central Station.

My boyfriend recently booked a room for us, but he accidentally booked it for a month in advance instead of the correct days. Yes, this was his mistake. However, we called the hotel within less than an hour of booking and explained the mistake. We did not ask to cancel, asked if it would be possible to re-book with them for the correct weekend, and we were prepared to pay a fee for our mistake. The booking is over a month away, so it is not that they would have had no one to take our place. However, they demanded a 100% cancellation fee even after we explained the situation. This is a cold, money-grubbing, customer-service less hotel. I would avoid it at all costs.

Wir sind eher zufällig (gutes Angebot in einem Portal) auf das Hotel gestoßen und waren mehr als begeistert. Sehr freundliches und engagiertes Personal, klasse Service und eine absolute Toplage. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Temprature in the rooms at night was way too hot (althou outside it was freezing) and could not be adjusted. A real spoil of our days in berlin.

they tell you that you are to be blamed.

Hugely disappointing. From the unfriendly and unhelpful reception staff to the badly stocked room. No milk. And the pillows were large squares that seemed stuffed with rags! Wouldn't stay here again.
