The receptionist was nice, the room was good enough although the bathroom had a smell of humidity. There was no free water to drink and no fridge. The breakfast there is expensive (€15) so I would recommend to have breakfast in one of the bakeries near by (€5).

Great place - centrally located and within easy walking distance to many museums and public transport. Also within decent walking distance to many other sites such as Museum Island and Potsdamerplatz

Lovely customer service and clean rooms. The buffet breakfast was consistent and delicious. There was no bar fridge or kettle, but there is a coffee pod machine and tea bags. Staff were nice.

First up, if you are looking for it, you are looking for a big Winters sign.

In my opinion the only that sets it apart from a Travelodge or Premier Inn is the rooms are a bit bigger.

Bathroom needs maintenance, the shower tube is worn and frayed, the clip holding the shower head to the tube slides down when you shower.

No blackout blinds, despite it being claimed on the website. Can hear traffic noise on the first floor in the comfort double.

Great location for central Berlin, although it's a good 10 mins walk from the U7, which comes from the airport.

Overall good. Did not book breakfast as 17 euro per person is a bit pricey. In the double standard room beds are a bit narrow.

After two nights in a budget chain hotel, we decided to check in to novum winters hotel for one night. What a nice surprise! For the same price as our previous hotel, we had a clean, nicely decorated, spacious room. Room included a hair dryer and a safe which are always appreciated. A simple but tasty breakfast buffet was included as well. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
