Nice . The Wifi was very unreliable and the TV was early 2000s but other than that, great staff and nice food. Just be prepared to be woken up dead on 7am by the doors opening and closing and very noising main road
The hotel itself was clean and modern. We were offered a sizable room ( for European standards). Breakfast was included and it was very delicious.
The hotel has a very nice gym area and sauna located on the roof. I enjoyed to go there every morning. It was always available and empty. The only con was a very disrespectful customer service provided by a front desk person. Thanks to Rudolph, the manager of the hotel, for resolving the issue professionally. We recommend this place if you stay in Berlin for two or three days. It is a bit far from the center yet very close to the train station where you can buy ticket for the train and go the center. It took us 15 minutes to get to the center.
Very nice accomodation, very closed to any transport facilities
I'm a AUG platinum member, therefore I received a room upgrade. My room was like a 1980 movie.. Internet is also like old dial up connections…
Ideal base to explore Berlin, next to train and Metro station. Friendly staff, clean rooms and the breakfast was very good.
Stayed here for a couple of nights in Late November 2016. The rooms are decently sized and the bathrooms were ok. Charging points available only at one side of the bed. The free wifi offered didn't work for most part of the two days stay. The buffet breakfast, included with our stay, was adequate. The corridors leading to the rooms were confusing though and one had to traverse through many doors.
Decent location. Very close to the train and subway and mall. In Turkish neighborhood with lots of Turkish food and desserts. Very old hotel, no early check-in, no room amenities (only by request), no air conditioningjust old broken fan. Service was ok. Made requests for items cleaning staff forgot to replenish and told I have to retrieve it myself (soap). Not a four star hotel. With that saidit's fine for the price you pay.
