Outstanding service at all levels in all areas of the hotel. Attention to detail superb. Rooms spotless. Great location with easy airport access. Good service from concierge. Sky bar lovely environment with fabulous choice of cocktails with very attentive waiting staff.

From the first moment you walk through that doors you feel the Good vibes. The hotel is well disained, the workers are really lovely.
The room are clean and big and very comport. The hotel has good location because of the good transportation. The hotel also have spa which is very nice ( only naked so it's up to you)
Breakfast is very good.
I believe every one will enjoy from this hotel. 5 stars in a very good price.response / report this review -

Great modern hotel. Good size bedroom, comfortable bed, great hidden wardrobe, flat screen TV mounted on the wall and fabulous bathroom. Wonderful breakfast menu. Friendly and very helpful reception team. The views from the Skybar were fantastic. Great location, right opposite the tram and U Bahn. Felt right at home. Wish we'd had time to use the Spa, it looked amazing.

Located right next to a tram station, central Berlin lies within a 20 min commute. The surrounding area feels safe and the streets are clean, however the immediate vicinity of the hotel has little to offer for visitors.
Rooms are spacious, immaculately clean and modern with amenities one would expect. A gym, spa and a pool are on site. The gym is usable but small.
The hotel's convention centre is spacious and the staff was able to host our 600 person conference with efficiency. Checkin and checkout was fast.response / report this review -

We enjoyed our stay at your Hotel very much. The front of house staff and concierge were excellent. The service staff at breakfast were not particularly attentive and had to be asked repeatedly for cups, cutlery, coffee etc. They seemed to move at a very slow pace. Our room was of a very good standard. Unfortunately on the last night of our stay we had to use the air conditioning and the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming for a non smoking room. We brought this to the attention of the front desk. We were in Room 706 and believe that there are smoking rooms on that floor. This seems very strange to us as the smell of smoke was being drawn in by the air con when it was on. As non smokers this was most unpleasant.
The location of the Hotel was great as the tram station was right outside the door.response / report this review -

I attended the recent Asus Event as a promoter. The hotels staff was very friendly and helpful. Used glasses, plates and cutlery was removed immediately. The buffet had a good variety to choose from. The location was good, not too much or too less space. Only one thing to criticise: I could not find any trash bins at the immediate location. Had to exit the event and look for one.

Lovely surroundings, friendly staff. Loved the friendly concierge and the wonderful breakfast. Be aware: nudist area (mixed gender) in the spa area - it's very unprofessional. They say that it is common in Germany - but I mean, don't they expect customers from all over the world? at least Europe?

I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel . The staff were very professional and friendly , always willing to listen and were very helpful. In particular the concierge , a French gentleman ! I'm embarrassed as I never got his name . He made the city of Berlin so easy to get know and helped both my mother and I understand how the public transport worked therefore making all the sights easily amenable. He was incredible and contributed so much to our stay. The food was great and we really enjoyed the breakfast.
The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard and when we had some difficulties with our room Eric from the reception was quick to remedy them. I cant express my gratitude enough for what will always be a great memory of Berlin and will recommend this hotel to anyone who will listen lol !
Finally we were fortunate enough to have visited the wellness centre and thoroughly enjoyed our unique experience.
Keep up the great Work ! Its hotels like yours that sets a standard for other's to live up to !

The whole concept was well above our expectations. From the very nice "Welcome" mail we received after the booking, thru the very friendly and personal contact with the staff, and the quality of the room, restaurants and the hotel in general - absolutely top notch!
We were first given a room that turned out to be a smoker's room, but after contact with reception it was swiftly and friendly replaced with a non-smokers room.
Also the concierge service was very personal and helpful, and made our trips to town center and back to the airport at the end at lot easier than if we had to find our way ourselves.
The only minor complaint was that we intended to buy some souvenirs when we got back to the hotel on Friday evening, but found the shop closed as we returned (I'm not quite sure what time it was, but think it was around 19:00, and we had to leave before 07:00 Saturday morning).
But all-in-all well above our expectations. We will certainly recommend your hotel to our friends, and will most certainly visit you again when we are next time in beautiful Berlin.response / report this review -

The hotel lies very close to the center of Berlin with direct access to the tram. The central train station is reachable within 15-20 minutes. The hotel and rooms have a modern design, are comfortable clean and in best shape. The personal is exceptionally friendly and polite. Rich and diverse breakfast as well as decent but expensive room service.
Great choice to stay, especially for events in the same location.response / report this review
