Good hotel - long time experience in using it. Suites are excellent and a lot of convenience to have suite size of room for the price of regular one in elsewhere in Berlin. In short distance a lot of restaurants, good shopping facilities and public trafic transfers elsewhere - bus stot to the Mitte in front of the door, subway station a couple of hundred meters behind the corner.

The price was very convenient for one week stay. The staff were friendly and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. Queen size room is small, but clean. The only issue at that time was with the constructions in the street, but other than that I would highly recommend this hotel for stay.

As usual a great place to take a break with a price you can live with and a view to "kill" for, at least from the 12-th floor 😍😍😍
And as I said in my previous reviews a happy baby means a happy mommy 👍😉♥️ Aisha can sleep all night long without being disturbed by the noises outside the room. This way I can sleep undisturbed as well. It's actually the only hotel in Berlin that allows this to happen 😍♥️🙏♥️😍 Since Aisha was born blind all her other senses are way more than developed, so her hearing is much more than better compared to the hearing of other doggies, which means that the slightest sounds would make her react

Friendly staff, spacious room, strategically located and well connected via Bus (several lines right in front of the hotel and around the corner) and Metro (500m away there's a station connecting 4 U-Bahn lines). Well priced with very fast wifi. Had a great time.

I have stayed here on two separate occasions due to its location. The bus stop for the 100 bus (also known as the tourist bus because it takes you by all of the main sights) is right outside. The staff are lovely and the hotel is a 7 minute walk away from Wittenbergplatz which is the underground metro station. There is also a large shopping area situated around the station with restaurants, a drugstore, supermarket etc. The hotel has a great breakfast selection, I'd highly recommend trying the fresh croissants and pastries. Although the hotel is situated on a main road, I stayed on both sides of the hotel and didn't have any problem with noise which was my main concern. The laundry service was also great! I'd highly recommend staying here.

WiFi is very unstable and slow. Cleaning is very brief and superficial. Other than that it's kinda okey (spacious rooms, nice view from 11th floor etc.).

I have never, in my life, seen a service as bad as this. Receptionists as rude and as dismissive as the ones working in this hotel. I do not recommend it to anyone. It's a shame, their should be some training for this impolite staff that should learn how to deal with foreigners and clients. The whole stay we were very polite and smiling all the time and we got no response. When we would ask questions we would have no cooperation.
It took us 15minutes to find our rooms be cause no one card about giving us directions.
Don't be fooled by the other positive reviews you see.

For the price, an excellent hotel! Rooms are very clean and very "business" like. The morning breakfast is a continental buffet with a good assortment of bread, fruit, cereals and juices. It's better than most continental buffets. Location is great: 5min away from the KaDeWe shopping centre

I chose this hotel solely due to location and it was perfect. The bus stop for the 100 bus (also known as the tourist bus because it takes you by all of the main sights) is right outside. There is also a large shopping area situated around the station with restaurants, a drugstore, supermarket etc. I only ate breakfast in the hotel once but it cost 11 euros and was definitely worth it! I'd highly recommend trying the fresh croissants and pastries. Although the hotel is situated on a main road, I didn't have any problem with noise which was my main concern. The laundry service was also great!
