Very impressed with everything about this hotel. The rooms are equipped with top quality materials - huge TV, nespresso machines, superb showers etc. The decor & ambience in the lobby/bar is great. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Superb 5️⃣⭐️ hotel with unique interior and view to Berliner ZOO. Staff is very professional and kind. The rooms are well equipped and very quiet. Breakfasts are delicious.

The place is great. I do not like the soft and high beds but that is the only thing I can see as a negative. Maybe the shower drains. Not cleaned and sanitized under the grate. But great location by the Zoo, good bar, nice beer. I would go there again.

Very Very bad hotel!! Not recommended. Big warning!
Shower not working, shifts between warm and cold.
Reception gives wrong information.
Stinks sewer when walking to the room 450 meter. Need to change 2 elevators.
Attitude is very bad.
They dont listen to the "come back later sign" on the door, walks in anyways.

The room was luxurious and had everything we needed to make us comfortable, for example the shower is equipped with a warming towel rack so you can dry towels or anything on it. We didn't even need our European charger adapters since they had USB outlets right by the bed. Nice! Maid service was superior and always dependable. We enjoyed our stay! I would highly recommend.

Great hotel! Very comfortable, friendly staff, and they have gotten all the details right. The breakfast is excellent, and the location is very good. I've stayed here before, and will surely be back.

This is our default hotel for our annual visits to Berlin. It should be five stars but I feel for the type of hotel some room elements have not been 100% but that is me being very harsh. Nevertheless we love the hotel, the the staff, breakfast, location and pool spa.

What an amazing hotel! The room was spacious, modern and comfortable.
The pool and spa was amazing, again very modern & open late. Looked like a good gym area (which I never used).
We ate in the restaurant one night and it was delicious.
The staff all very efficient and welcoming. It's in Tiergarten bit of Berlin which is near lots of museums and restaurants. We went in winter so it was very reasonable priced.

The location of the hotel is great, near the park and close to good transport links. Initially I was put in a twin room after waiting around for a few hours to check in. After complaining I was moved to a king room. The room has been good, everything you'd expect at this price bracket. Enjoyed the new improved bathrooms. Will shortly be using the gym and pool facilities, which look amazing. The overall service has been acceptable, I'd have rated this good, if it had not been for the staff member that had let them down on check in. It really only takes one bad apple these days. Overall, I've enjoyed my stay.
