I agree with everyone saying it's a fantastic facility in terms of the area and the set up. However, the staff are SO unfriendly, unhelpful, and rude. This is why I give one star.

As English tourists, we expected some sort of instruction on how to use the ropes and harnesses. We were not! We were stood at the back of a group of German locals listening to one instructor tell them (and apparently us) what to do and how to be safe and use the equipment. We didn't even realise we were included because he didn't even acknowledge us standing there. Absolutely ridiculous, I was so scared to begin with and to then realise me and my partner were completely isolated made me feel increasingly anxious.

The instructor did speak English, however did not speak to us apart from getting visibly irritated at me when I could not clip my harness onto the rope as fast as the people who were SHOWN how to do so.

On the course, I got stuck and was so scared because I didn't know how to reach the ledge. Where were the staff? Nowhere to be seen. There are a few staff members waltzing around the grounds who are not there to help, they don't seem to care. I find it ridiculous that the staff do not ask if you are worried or require assistance when up there.

Finally, children who were in large groups are not supervised well enough. I was struggling at several points of the course and it did not help when children with no patience were wobbling the rope that supported me.

I had fun, but I felt unsafe because of the staff and they were so rude and unwelcoming to us as tourists. We paid good money to be there.

Great courses for kids 6-10. (Also courses for older kids and adults, but I haven't seen those)

A fantastic experience. Went to Berlin for 4 days and this was by far the best part of the trip. 16 euros for three hours of nerve tugging fun. Simply amazing and beautiful!

Great location. Staff is unfriendly and the prices are high. The initial mandatory instruction takes much longer than it normally does at such places.
