Very historic place, and famous for concerts.
Historic Nazi-era Stage with beautiful forest background.

Was here for baremboim-argerich concert. Acoustics was what I most worried about but I could hear every note from the piano! Everything is pricey so take some food with you, even though that's technically not allowed everyone does it anyway. Got chilly as the sun set. Long lines are sure to happen so be there before the doors open if you want good seats from the cheapest sections.

Nice Location, but I was not allowed to bring a very small backpack. Instead I had to use an non-official checkroom which was operated by 2 guys. After the concert, I had to wait roughly an hour to get my backpack back.

As a foreigner, it is important for me to be able to pay with credit card (Visa, Mastercard etc). But it wasn't possible any where inside Waldbühne, and it wasn't mentioned on the Web page. This meant we had to do without food and beverage during the concert, as we didn't have enough cash, because blankets were rather expensive.

i have to collect my bag and pay 2e before entering the gate while many of the other could go in with their big bag. Therefore I should brought my long wallet along with me everywhere. It is not funny that when everybody clap their hands, I'm the only one who clap my wallet. And when I did a head moshing I still hold my wallet. Yucks!!!

Great outdoor amphitheatre in Berlin. Seats 20.000 people. Surrounded by Grunewald forest trees, this theatre makes for great summer concerts. Great artists performed here, from the Rolling Stones to Barbra Streisand. Near Berlin Olympia Stadion.

Went here to see Rammstein and it was one of the best gig experiences I've ever had. The arena is in a beautiful wooded area. There are plenty of food and beer stalls and fairly priced. The sound and overall experience was epic.

A very good place to see a concert. However, the many stalls inside the venue seem to be stuck back in time. There is absolutely no way of buying something with a credit card.
This actually goes for the rest of Berlin. Bring cash, your card is no good here.

Saw Black Sabbath perform here on their last tour ever. Great place to see a rock concert!! Would certainly love to see catch more performances here.
